Steve's Blog

I try to use this blog to record something about my life everyday.

Location: Little Rock, Arkansas, United States

On December 31, 2007 I left my job with Sprint/Embarq where I worked as a Software Engineer for 15 years at the Sprint Campus in Kansas City. In January 2008 Mary and I started Steve Brown Ministries and started traveling the United States broadcasting "Live Video" of Revivals, Bible Conferences, Mission Conferences, and other Special Services. Mary and I enjoy serving the Lord Jesus Christ and traveling to churches as we minister through SteveBrownMinistries.com. We are very pleased that our ministry is endorsed and we are sent out of our home church at Heritage Baptist Temple in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Webby Cat Caches

Today we started in Fort Scott, Kansas. We went south to Crawford State Park to get 5 new Webby Cat Caches. We found all 5 of them and one that someone had put almost in her front yard. Crawford State Park was a great place to visit. Nice lake and nice trails.

We headed north to attend the Winter Fiesta Event in North Kansas City. We stopped off to grab the "Trading Post Cache" north of Fort Scott. This was a hard cache that only Guitar Nutz had found last August. After much study of the ExpertGPS topo's and Aerial photo maps, we had success. I didn't get my feet very wet. There were swamps all around the cache. I found a way in on dry land.

Today's Stats:
12 Geocaches.
7495 Steps Today - 3.54 miles.
0 Aerobic Steps.
339 Calories Burned.
